Vehicles not shown in Garage

Why aren't any vehicles showing up in the garage?

The answer is simple: make sure you have created at least one impound location. The script will not display vehicles in the garage if no impound location exists. Basically, the script skips any vehicles for which it can't find an impound location. If there is no impound location defined, the script has no fallback and won't show those vehicles at all.
